The YMCA Health & Fitness centres are conveniently located – one in the outskirts of the city opposite the Botanical Gardens on Hereford Street, and the other at Bishopdale Mall.
Both our City and Bishopdale Fitness Centres are competitively priced making it affordable for everyone. As well as offering both adult and student prices, we also have a corporate rate aimed at getting co-workers into the gym to help motivate each other. The environment is welcoming to those of all ages, fitness levels and walks of life.
Membership is reciprocal*, so join the Y and join both sites for the price of one depending on your mood or needs on any given day. (*some discounted memberships are not reciprocal)
