Sport & Recreation programmes

at the Bishopdale Recreation Centre

Here at the Y we are invested in growing and inspiring the next generation.

Our Sport and Recreation programmes based at the Bishopdale Y are designed for those who love to get out and stay active during the holidays. These action-packed programmes are designed for our 5-11 year olds and are a perfect stepping stone to our Y overnight camps.

Over the course of the week the groups will build connections, trust, resilience and self confidence as they try new activities and practice enriching life skills.

This programme is designed for children to build friendships and confidence, and we encourage participating for the full week. Short weeks and individual days can be requested by contacting holprog@ymcachch.org.nz.
