Yoga brings balance and wellbeing to the mind, body and spirit through stretching and strengthening practices (asana).
It also releases stress, anxiety and tension and increases energy levels through breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation and meditation techniques.
By connecting thought, breath and posture Yoga aligns the mental physical and emotional bodies.
Yoga practice brings us back to the present moment to still the mind, expand the heart and return to self.

Pilates provides a balanced blend of strength and flexibility training, engaging the mind and conditioning the whole body.
Pilates works several muscle groups simultaneously through smooth, continuous motion with a particular focus on strengthening the core or “power house” (abdominal, back and pelvic areas).
